Pull DEMs, satellite imagery, contours, splatmaps, and vegetation. SiteCAD is not a generic 3D sandbox with a fake ground plane — your site is the actual site.
Parametric solids and scenario branching
Solids carry dimensions, textures, and editable history. Scenarios let you compare house at the ridge against house at the pasture edge without destroying either.
An AI assistant that drafts and suggests
The assistant drafts layouts from a prompt, summarizes site data, and flags constraints. Every AI-initiated change is queued for your approval before it modifies the scene. Ask it to propose a building site, then accept or adjust.
Publish and share — no sign-in required for viewers
The published 3D viewer works on mobile, requires no account to view, supports your branding in the toolbar, and ships with analytics and feedback. Use it for board approvals, listing pages, grant visuals, and contractor handoff.
